It turns out to be their grandfather, who doesn't like Christmas. Jules and Maddie try everything to still be able to celebrate Christmas. When Jules meets the charming Prince Ashton, their stay immediately gets a lot more interesting - until she meets his fiancé and wonders whether their differences will get in the way of true love.
