Snuff the dog and hunt for flying Volckert

Tom and Mirjam hear from Bouke the legend of a spooky appearance 'Vliegende Volckert' that used to bother everyone in the village. Together with Snuf, Tom and Mirjam go out to investigate. Near the swamp, they come across game keeper Grevendonk who says they have been lured into a trap by a ghost. If several inexplicable events take place in the village, the villagers take action and go into the swamp under the direction of Agent Bantvink. There they are faced with a nasty surprise. The villagers believe that the 'Flying Volckert' ghost really exists. In the village Tom meets an old acquaintance who thinks he will solve the mystery together with Snuf, but will they find out who the real Flying Volckert is?
