At his death in 1898, George Muller leaves a legacy of serving without ever asking anything in return. But that's not how his life started out. As a teenager, he was known as a 'Playboy', living of his father's fortune. Still feeling an emptiness inside him, he eventually fills it with the Bible. Ever since then, he dedicated his life to helping the orphans living on the streets, by providing them with a roof over their heads and food on the table. He did all this without supplications or fundraising, but only through prayer. George Muller truly became a pioneer who kept true to the word of God. He started a work that is still living on today. And his message still resides in today's society and is still as strong and relevant as two centuries ago: that God is real and trustworthy.
