
A Bible professor from 1890 comes to the present through a time machine.
Russell Carlisle, a Bible professor, wrote a book on ethics at the end of the 19th century. The oldest professor on campus warns him that the book is incorrect and therefore does not want to give his approval. However, this older professor has been acting strange for a while. It appears that the oldest preacher on campus has invented a time machine and has seen the future; it's only since he went there he's acting weird. He offers to send Russell to the future.
