Dave is a pastor at a church located on school campus. When the school decides to tear the church down and repurpose the land for a student center, Dave decides to fight it with a lawsuit. But things get worse when Adam, a student at the school, throws a rock through one of the church's windows after he's angry about a break-up with his Christian girlfriend. A rock that causes the church to catch on fire and killing Dave's friend Jude. The lawsuit also doesn't seem to go Dave's way as he has a hard time putting his anger aside. In the end, with the help of God, Dave realizes that he's only making it worse himself and decides to drop the lawsuit when he comes to an agreement about the church with the school.
